The ADPA is the peak professional body representing dental prosthetists and their patients in Australia . ADPA designed a three day agenda featuring many leading subject matter experts.
Over 400 delegates from across Australian participated in the conference which included social events at the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House and a dinner at Parliament House
A major attraction of the conference was the trade display area.
The brief was to work with the ADPA team to build and design a conference that would be delivered to a high standard and be fun and engaging for all attendees.
The client had a request for a suitably equipped host venue with spacious areas for networking and a sponsorship exhibition area.
Creative concept and delivery, venue negotiation, contracting and management, audio visual design, collaboration, and management, catering management, scheduled work in progress meetings, third party supplier liaison, booking and management, budget management and reconciliation.
Digital and print design, website design and maintenance, campaign design and delivery design.
Online form design and management, all attendee correspondence, onsite registration, accommodation booking for attendees, management of rooming lists.
