A global program, SReXperts APAC 2019 welcomed over 650 global customers, partners, media, analysts and internal executives of Nokia. The Conference Works team managed the end to end design, graphics, demo creative, plenary room content and supplier management and engagement.
SReXperts is an annual Nokia conference, specific to Service Router experts in the field. This by-invitation-only event produces unique insights on current issues and strategic directions related to the networking industry and IP technology. The agenda covers the technologies needed to build exceptional networks that deliver new, amazing and secure experiences. The annual conference provides a full two-day agenda including guest speakers, written exam opportunities, certification programs and a unique interactive demonstration zone.
Full creative design across website, customer invitations, social media and printed items. Conceptualise event space environments, customer journeys, demo room creatives, signage and way-finding, plenary room content, video production and photography.
Venue liaison and management including bump in and bump out, room set ups, catering requirements and ongoing management. Coordination of multiple networking event locations.
Execution of demonstration and exhibition builds, entertainment sourcing and management, audio visual design and management.
Online form design and management, all attendee correspondence, management of accommodation booking for attendees, management of rooming lists.
Assisting in the delivery of sponsorship entitlements including venue and audio visual deliverables.
Program design, coordination, and updates, travel bookings for VIPs & speakers, coordination of speakers prior to and during event.
Full design and advertising campaigns.
Bump in and bump out logistics, event run schedules, OH&S checklists and risk assessments, directional signage and venue liaison, onsite registration.
