The annual leadership conference is an important event for Toll, bringing together the top 150 leaders from around the world for a strategic two-day event.
Conference Works partnered with Toll’s internal marketing and communications leaders to deliver an impactful program which includes business sessions, workshops along with fun and engaging social events and activities.
Conference Works were engaged to assist with the delivery of Toll Groups Leadership Conference. Key elements included venue and supplier contracting and management, registration and website management design, production and onsite delivery.
Online form design and management, all attendee correspondence, onsite registration.
Sourcing appropriate venues, quote acquisition and negotiation, receiving and managing individual bookings, management of rooming lists including an array of billing instructions.
Design and produce pull up banners, lanyards and name badges.
Provide registration services, and any additional onsite assistance required by the Toll Management Team.
From the outset, you handled our go/no-go and location indecision with the greatest of ease – and, most importantly, a sense of humour, and this carried on to the event itself.
Thank you for all your help with the registration website, app creation/updates and being our Q&A gatekeeper – it all worked like clockwork!
